Every part of the school follows the same four movements. You will use them on a real decision, relationship, financial reality, or leadership challenge—not a hypothetical one.
Face reality
Look at what is happening without judgment, performance, or the explanation you usually reach for.
Name what is true
Bring language to what has been hidden, minimized, avoided, or left conveniently vague.
Restore trust
Repair incomplete agreements, clarify boundaries, and become someone whose word can be relied upon.

This is an educational experience with clear agreements. You do not need to arrive certain. You do need to arrive willing.
What happens in the school?+
You participate actively: speaking honestly, listening closely, examining patterns, learning practical frameworks, and making clear commitments. The work is applied to circumstances in your life now.
How does the online format work?+
The eight-week experience includes two facilitated live sessions each week, guided practices between sessions, and a small cohort of no more than 18 people.
Is this therapy?+
No. The Sovereignty School is facilitated personal-development education and does not diagnose, treat, or replace mental-health care. When clinical support is needed, we encourage working with a qualified professional.
Is the financial literacy material financial advice?+
No. Financial content is general education designed to strengthen understanding and decision-making. It is not individualized investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.
Will what I share remain private?+
Confidentiality is a foundational agreement of every cohort. The specific participation and privacy agreements are made clear before the program begins.
What is expected of me?+
Presence, honesty, personal responsibility, follow-through, and respect for everyone in the room. The school will challenge you; it will never ask you to surrender your judgment.
